The #1 reason affiliates don't promote your launch

Hey Reader,

Got a big promotion coming up? A launch, a holiday promo push, a summer discount event?

This week's episode is about the single biggest lever you're probably not pulling: warming up your affiliates before the promo even starts.

Here's the pattern I see in more than half the affiliate programs I work with:

No communication with partners for 10, 11 months. Then one month out, they announce the launch.

The day before, they send the assets. And they wonder why affiliates don't show up.

You'd never do that with your own email list. You warm up your audience before a promotion. The exact same principle applies to your affiliates.

In this episode I walk through the exact pre-promo strategy we use with clients, starting from the end of the previous launch and building all the way to day one.

The goal is turning "I might promote" into planned emails, scheduled posts, and a strong first day. And it starts way earlier than most people think.

Whether you've got a launch in August, a fall promo, or something bigger on the horizon, this episode gives you the playbook to start right now.

Best regards, Matt

P.S. The earlier you start warming up your affiliates, the stronger your launch day. This episode shows you exactly how to do it.

Hey Reader, One of our clients ran a $5 million affiliate launch. Let that sink for a sec... Five. Million. Dollars. And the crazy part? He estimates 40% of that, about $2 million, came from one thing... Me coaching his affiliates. I coached his affiliates on what to say, what to send, how to position the offer, and how to avoid the small mistakes that kill conversions. Hey Reader, Most affiliate programs have a communication problem. Affiliates get too many emails and not enough of what they need to promote.
